QA Process

- Checking quality of input materials: All input materials are selected and strictly controlled, in order to fully meet quality management standards before being put into warehouse and production.
- Quality control of production steps: With a team of experienced QC, all production steps at Protec are strictly supervised, ensuring compliance with technical standards and production safety; for finished products that meet quality standards with high stability.
- Quality control of the output finished product: 100% of Protec helmets are checked and evaluated for quality before leaving the warehouse. Each helmet must meet all the criteria of the system of quality standards. Even the smallest defective items are discarded.

- Product testing: for each mass production order, Protec will randomly select a number of finished products for testing based on specific standards: national standard, customer standard, factory standard...
