Shell

Protec helmet shell is made from the PC plastic (Polycarbonate Plastic) with the transparent, stable and flexible structure. PC plastic has good bearing capacity, high impact resistance and anti-corrision, good acclimatization and anti UV. It is also a lightweight, easy-to-shape material that makes helmets fashionable and comfortable for the user. In addition, the primary ABS resin (Acrylonitrin Butadien Styren) is also used for some helmets by pressing and pouring it into the mold to shape the helmet. Compared with the normal ABS, the primary ABS plastic has high durability, excellent flexible and impact resistance. Raw Butadien ABS resin is derived from natural rubber, so it has the ability to eliminate concussions, helping to protect the brain well.

EPS Liner

EPS liner is made by EPS expansion in a certain temperature and pressed into a solid foam, fixxing with headsize. High quality black EPS has extreme features as below:
- High absorption to minimize the impact to the skull in crashes
- High durability, unaffected by mold, temperature or dust
- Light weight with 98% air
- 100% recycle

Ventilation is designed to help the users feel comfortable and fresh, suitable with all kind of climate

Inner padding

Inner padding - a juncture of a helmet and a head, is designed and manufactured from the high quality and skin safe material. The honeycomb structure fabric and themo pressed seamless padding bring the aesthetics and comfortability to the customers. Inner padding is easily removable to clean.

Chin trap and Buckle

Chin trap is made of durable and tough fabric, but soft and safe for skin. Easy to adjust, keepping the helmet fixxed to the head.

Buckle is made from the hard, resilient plastic with hight durability and easty to fasten.

Head Circumference Adjucter

Head circumference adjuster in the back of the helmet is designed neatly and easy to adjust to fix with the user's head.

The little led on the adjust wheel helps the user, especially the children, in the dark

Printing Technologies

Protec factory currently uses 2 printing technologies to print labels: tampon printing and water decal. Tampon printing is for designs with no more than 5 colors and is suitable for printing on small areas. Meanwhile, the water decal printing technology can meet complicate requirements in coloring and can be printed on the entire area of ​​the helmet. In addition, we also use other specialized printing technologies such as metal decal printing, plastic printing, ... to suit each type of product as well as to meet the needs of customers.
